So often, tight muscles like our hamstrings or shoulders are simply overworked “Guy Ropes,” gripping on for dear life because the body feels unstable. They are compensating because the “central pole”—our deep fascial core—isn’t doing its job. Our therapy focuses on finding and engaging this deep central line of support. When your body feels supported from the inside, the overworked guy ropes get the message that they are safe to let go, and tension melts away effortlessly.
