Client Responsibility & Medical Disclaimer
You acknowledge that my services are **not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment**. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional, such as your GP, for any serious or prolonged medical conditions. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history and to keep me updated on any changes. I am committed to working in a complementary role alongside your primary healthcare providers.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Fees
Booking Appointments
All appointments must be booked through the official booking system provided on this website (TidyCal). Your appointment is only confirmed once you have completed the booking process and received a confirmation email.
Fees and Payment
The fees for First Consultations and Follow-up Sessions are displayed on the booking page. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All prices are in GBP (£).
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect my practice, I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling with MORE than 48 hours’ notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you provide more than 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund or your session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
- Cancellations or Rescheduling with LESS than 48 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, for any reason, the full session fee will be charged, and **no refund will be provided**.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notification (“no-show”), the full session fee will be charged, and **no refund will be provided**.
This policy is in place to respect the time that has been reserved exclusively for you. By booking an appointment, you agree to these cancellation terms.
