Frequently Asked Questions
Your body has a unique timeline. Some clients experience significant relief in just a few sessions. For more complex, long-held patterns, a series may be beneficial. My goal is to empower you with the tools for lasting change, not to create dependency. We will always create a plan that feels right for you.
This is a common concern. My approach is to work with your body, not against it. The therapy is responsive and respectful, working within a comfortable range to encourage release rather than force it.
While we all aim to improve movement and reduce pain, my focus is on the body’s fascial network. We look at how an old scar or injury in one area can create tension elsewhere, treating the body as a whole, interconnected system.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily, such as gym wear or leggings and a top. This allows for a more comprehensive assessment of your movement.
