Cancellation Policy
Our Policy
I understand that life is unpredictable and that sometimes, appointments must be rescheduled. My cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all clients and to respect the time that is set aside exclusively for your therapeutic session.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. A late cancellation or a missed appointment means that another client who may be in pain or in need of support is unable to take that slot.
1. Required Notice for Cancellation or Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. This allows sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.
If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be charged, and we will be happy to help you reschedule for a more convenient time.
2. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Cancellations made with **less than 48 hours’ notice**, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (a “no-show”), will be charged the **full session fee**. This fee is payable via an invoice that will be sent to your email address.

Please note that I may not see messages sent via social media in time, so please use the official channels above.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure that the next client is not delayed. The full fee for the session will still apply.
5. Practitioner Cancellations
In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will provide you with as much notice as possible and will reschedule your session at the earliest mutually convenient time, at no extra cost to you.
